Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@28constellations.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within 7 days, and we’ll sort that out for you, either offering a replacement or a refund. 

 

Our products, using eco-friendly materials, are made especially for you after you place an order. Compared to making in bulk, we believe this is a good way to reduce overproduction and protect our environment.

 

Hence, we DO NOT offer returns and exchanges because of a change of mind, you ordered the wrong product, provided the incorrect receiving address, or didn't pick up the parcel in time which causes a return or loss.
